Who we are

This site is run by FTB Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 75 E 3rd St Ste 7, Sheridan, WY, United States. Privacy questions: privacy@ftbcapital.co.

What we collect

If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address, the date and time you signed up, the wording of the box you ticked, and the date you unsubscribe if you do. We don't collect anything else through the sign-up form.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our host may keep short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

Why we use it

Only to send you updates about our projects, such as news about Bruce, and to keep proof that you asked for them. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Where it's kept

Sign-ups are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, which may store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Only our founder can access the list.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address, the wording you agreed to, and when you signed up and unsubscribed, for 3 years as proof of consent, and then delete it.

Unsubscribing

Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to support@ftbcapital.co. We stop emailing you within 10 business days.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@ftbcapital.co.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date below.
